BLZBNTAGT000008A4 cant updated WOW

I cannot update wow and all i get is this BLZBNTAGT000008A failed to download data from blizzard … i tried all the steps on FAQ and still nothing… anyone?? i play on iMAC

Hello,
There are two errors in here, that while they have the same end result are a bit different in may be causing them.
@ Beatbutcher, I would suggest that you check if you have Filevault enabled. This article may assist you.
@ Valdimar your error means that the update agent is not able to access your files for some reason. Usually that can be attributed to an antivirus restricting the access or not having enough permissions. If you have not tried it yet, please have a look into this article.
