Unable to make tickets in game

Can you please inform me why the “create ticket” in game is no longer an option.
All i get is a black screen with a few action buttons on the top.

Hello Fleúr,
The “Open a Ticket” button, opens up the in-game browser and displays a page that is similar to the ticket page in the website. If that is completely black that is usually an indication that something is blocking the connection of the in-game browser. The articles here and here could help you out!
