Muradin’s talent “Ideal storm” has less count of hits than “Thunder hammer” skill

Talent “Ideal storm” was taken immediately at start of game, and there was no “Thunder hammer” hits on heroes before game started.
But after 23 hits on heroes by skill “Thunder hammer” talent “Ideal storm” has only 14 hits instead of 23.
Can’t provide screenshots, adding links is restricted for me 
Upd: looks like bug in skill “Thunder hammer”, I’ve count all hits in next game, 14 hits and 25 counts on “Thunder hammer”.

Hey Basara,
That’s because the baseline quest on Storm Bolt can actually get multiple stacks if the enemy Hero dies within 2.5 seconds of being hit. You can see that on the tooltip for Storm Bolt!
