I"m deaf and I’m confused. Please enlighten me.
At website it does say that it is subtitled. But only for these languages?
“Select BlizzConline content will be supported in 12 languages via livestream or VOD, including English with subtitles in European Spanish, French, German, Russian, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, simplified Chinese, and traditional Chinese.”
Where is “english subtitles part”?
I want to let you know that deaf people can simple understand English, but cannot hear English.
So subtitles are needed for people like us. Can you provide us that this weekend as well? Many thanks. 
Yes, English subtitles will be available on the segments streamed on Blizzcon.com
